Start planning your experience now by downloading the conference app.

Search “Eventful Conferences” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If your device does not have these stores, you can access the web version here. From the event menu, select “SAP for Utilities.”For personalized features like creating your schedule and connecting with fellow attendees, make sure you log in to the app:

Select “Log in for more features” on the main menu.
Type in your first and last name, and check your email* (the one you registered with!) for a verification code.
Enter the four-digit code when prompted.
Opt into the networking list to connect with your peers on-site.

Is there a discounted room rate available at the Manchester Grand Hyatt for conference attendees?

The room allocation at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is now full, see below for details on the overflow block. For questions regarding reservations please email events@eventfulconferences.com.

The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter

Guests must book their reservations via the customized reservations link or by speaking with a reservations agent. To book via phone, call 1-888-627-8563 and ask to stay at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter with the Eventful Conferences SAP for Utilities Overflow Room Block.

The rate is $299.00 +taxes and fees. Please note there is a 2-night minimum for booking

What are the details for arrival-day?

The registration desk will be in the Seaport Foyer and will be open at the following times:

  • 12–6:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 21
  • 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 22
  • 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 23

How far is the airport from the conference venue?

This year’s SAP for Utilities is located near downtown San Diego and is approximately 15 minutes from the San Diego International Airport.

When can I build my agenda?

We will release the conference app prior to the event so you can build your schedule, connect with other attendees, and navigate the conference all in one place.
